Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By signing up for, creating a business account on, or accessing any service provided by Talabq ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent an entity (e.g., a restaurant group, cafe chain, bakery, or single outlet), you warrant that you hold legal authority to bind the entity.

2. SaaS Subscriptions & Tier Entitlements

Plan Tiers: Access to branches, product limits, staff accounts, kitchen display screens (KDS), and inventory modules is governed strictly by your active subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled 48 hours prior to renewal date.
Server-Enforced Quotas: Resource limits are enforced server-authoritatively. Attempts to bypass staff or product limits via client tampering will result in automatic API rejection.

3. Business & Tenant Responsibilities

Subscribers are solely responsible for:

Ensuring the accuracy of menu prices, allergen disclosures, taxes, and service charges presented to dining guests.
Maintaining the confidentiality of employee and staff login credentials (Kitchen, Waiter, Cashier, Manager).
Complying with municipal food, beverage, health, and sanitary standards in their respective operational jurisdiction.

4. Service Level Availability & Maintenance

Talabq maintains a 99.9% target service availability for public digital QR menus and kitchen ordering engines. Scheduled maintenance windows will be broadcast with minimum 48-hour prior notice. Maintenance mode ensures ongoing guest menu viewing remains uninterrupted whenever technically feasible.

5. Termination & Data Portability

Either party may terminate the agreement at the conclusion of a billing cycle. Upon account termination, Talabq provides a 30-day grace window allowing the subscriber to export customer records, sales invoices, and inventory logs in CSV/JSON formats before tenant data purge.
